GTN www.gtngroup.com operates a FinTech powered brokerage business through its regulated subsidiaries.  The shareholders of GMA are NTG Global Holdings Limited, Dubai and strategic investors International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of The World Bank Group and SBI Ventures - Singapore (A wholly-owned subsidiary of SBI Holdings Japan).  GTN Group currently has a team of 225 employees with a common purpose to create the most comprehensive trading ecosystem globally.    

GTN is a multi-market, multi-asset class trading platform offered to institutional customers on a B2B and B2B2C business model.  GTN currently offers trading in 70+ global markets and has plans to expand coverage to all markets in the world by the end of 2022.  GMA currently provides its services via two regulated subsidiaries in Dubai and Singapore.  Building on its presence in the Middle East and Asia, GTN is embarking on a global rollout of its ecosystem with regulated subsidiaries in the US, UK and South Africa.  GTN Americas, the regulated subsidiary focusing on Americas, is currently undergoing licensing process with FINRA.     


GTN is a multi-tenant platform primarily targeted at buy/sell-side institutions and FinTechs such as digital banks/wallets companies keen to offer global trading and investment products to their users.  The GTN offering consists of two main products, a global trading system and a digital wealth management system.

  • Liaison with stakeholders on the CEO's behalf, serving as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other departments, and ensuring effective communication.

  • Proactively manage and organize the CEO’s diary by prioritizing and scheduling internal and external meetings and take minutes as per the need of the CEO, ensuring proper documentation and filing.

  • Responsible for arrangement of all the logistics requirements including travel bookings, hotel accommodations and visa for business travels.

  • General office management ensuring the CEO’s high standards, ensuring effective and efficient office operations, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment with the optimum experience of a financial services institution.

  • Assist in the development of corporate communications/correspondence and be accountable for timely distribution of communications (internal and external as required).

  • Organisation and oversight of corporate initiatives, company entertainment and events.

  • Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality, as well as adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization.

  • Provide high level organization on other ad hoc projects as may be required.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Administration working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar roles supporting C-Level Executives.

  • Well-rounded person who has a track record of managing responsibilities with C-suites Executives.

  • Must have the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with a demanding schedule.

  • Is able to think creatively and critically under pressure, is resourceful, and problem solver.

  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Fluency in Arabic is preferred and gives advantage to the applicant.

  • Must have strong knowledge in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to deliver to Key Performance Indicators in a regulated environment through one's own initiative.

  • Be able to produce error free work with a great attention to details.
