As Sales Support Manager, you will be

  • Preparing reports and arranging internal and external meetings as requested by the SVP-Head of Sales & Business Development.

  • Organizing team’s figures and products into Excel Sheets, PowerPoint Presentations, and Word Documents.

  • Attending important meetings with the SVP-Head of Sales & Business Development and preparing minutes of meetings.

  • Preparing product sheets and maintaining updated price sheets.

  • Supporting the Sales team in preparing sales reports, proposals, and arranging meetings.

  • Keeping the CRM system updated with open activities, contacts, leads, and necessary documents.

  • Making sure that onboarding of clients is smooth and there are no pending items with Client Service/Middle office departments.

  • Escalating to the SVP-Head of Sales & Business Development of any issues or complaints coming from clients and reporting them as per company procedures.

  • Preparing Trading Limit Application forms for Institutions and sending them to Compliance/Risk to get approvals for new Institutional clients.

  • Liaising between different departments such as App Support, Business Analyst, Mid office, Ops, etc… to resolve clients’ issues.

  • If and when required, out of office meetings with clients to enhance the relationship between GTN ME and its client base.

Knowledge/Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience preferably in the Financial Services industry or Fintech.

  • Prior experience in sales administration, or a similar role

Skills

  • Must have excellent communication skills –both verbal and written.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint & Word is a MUST.

  • Understanding of CRM and Database Software.

  • Excellent teamwork skills.

  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
